Water penetration through the stonework had caused a dry rot attack to the flooring timbers and wall fabric.

The structural beam within the floor was no longer safe and required to be replaced.

The affected timbers and wall fabric were repaired and treated. On completion the Richardson & Starling 30 year guarantee was issued to give the client peace of mind.
